Reconciliation Clerk - Shop Floor Order - Warehouse

Description / Scope / Mission

• Responsible for the reconciliation and closing of all Shop Floor Orders (SFO’s) for bulks and finished goods for compounding and production.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

1. Check over Compounding/Production labor for variance and return to Compounding Manager of Data Entry Clerk for corrections if needed.
2. Upload production labor into SAP.
3. Assign to Inventory Reconciliation Specialists any recounts needed for quantity issues and combining batch codes for return components.
4. Look over compounding SFO’s for material over issued and scrap percentages.
5. Investigate scrap variances in excess of 10% and note reason for the variances in SAP.
6. Fix warehouse COGI errors to enable production to be declared.
7. Close Compounding and Production SFO’s.
8. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.

MARGINAL JOB DUTIES:

1. Maintain clean and orderly work area.
2. Notify supervisor of any issue requiring quantity adjustments to components to maintain inventory accuracy.

Education / Certification / Qualifications / Experience

• High School diploma

Experience:

• Some warehouse experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills and math skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or touch; reach above shoulders; and talk.

      or hear up to 2/3 of the time.

• Sit 2/3 and more of the time.
• Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
• Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
• Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
• Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the 

      left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).

• Dept perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial

                  relationships).

• Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT USED:

• Computer, calculator, keyboard 2/3 and more of the time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PPE REQUIRED:

• Work near moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals; and outdoor weather conditions up to 1/3 of the time.
• Loud noise.
• Safety (steel-toe) shoes required.
• Safety glasses required.
• Miscellaneous PPE as required.
