Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Job Objective:
To develop and execute activities to position the Custom Culinary® brand, ensuring the implementation of programs and plans that guarantee compliance with incentives and activities with national clients according to the guidelines of the marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
- Design specific marketing strategies for distribution channels (Food service, Convenience Store, and Retail) to increase sales and visibility of the brand's products.
- Create and execute promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities to increase product demand in the market.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies at the point of sale, including additional displays, activities with merchandising advisors, and promotional materials.
- Constant search for differentiating awards as relationship incentives.
- Loyalty with sales representatives through sales force incentive plans.
- Coordinate product training for sales forces and culinary experiences with customers focusing on business opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing and promotion strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve sales objectives.
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate: Business Administration, Merchandiser, Food Engineer, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
DESIRED TRAINING:
Postgraduate: Specialization in Marketing Desired additional language: English
EXPERIENCE:
More than three years as a marketing specialist or similar position.
