Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for forging strategic partnerships and driving business growth across the nation?

 

We're seeking a visionary strategist with knowledge and understanding of the IDD (Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) community who can take our fiscal Intermediary business to unprecedented heights!

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of business development in support of the organization’s initiative, goals, and mission.

Accountable for budgetary forecasting and financial outcomes.  Implements effective and innovative business development strategies to support the expansion of services in a changing environment.

Capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders that drive advancement of FMS business development and marketing strategy to boost financial growth. Possess a high degree of business acumen.

  • 50% travel nationwide to support business needs.
  • Clear communication (written and oral) to internal and external stakeholders.  Must be able to present to small and large groups.

 

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

  • Drive the advancement of FMS business development and marketing strategy aligned with the strategic imperatives for the agency while enhancing FMS’ image as a prominent agency in the fiscal intermediary sector.
  • Promote/Expand FMS brand identity to help boost financial growth through creative mechanisms.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with DDD, Support Coordination Agencies, and families.

 

Program Oversight & Growth

  • Create/Meet related to program development and growth by clearly communicating program status to senior leaders.
  • Positively influence and affect customer perceptions of FMS through building and cultivating relationships and providing exemplary customer service.

 

Strategic Planning/Implementation

  • Create action plans and strategies that align with the agency’s growth initiatives.
  • Identify/Develop/Implement business plans for FMS growth in new service areas through market analysis.

 

Financial Performance & Viability

  • Accountable for keeping with an operating budget, creating reports and performance analyses of the program’s growth initiatives.

 

Quality

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure all program services presentations and materials are on brand and utilizing best practices. .
  • Partners with Data Analysis team to create customer satisfaction surveys and reports to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify/implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and networking workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services with experience in building strategic partnerships. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with IDD population.
  • Experience managing large scale projects in a changing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing new initiatives with successful outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
