The Sales Consultant is responsible to prospect B2C and B2B customers. Measure our marketing campaign in digital platforms and suggest improvements to attract more leads.

- Be the interlocutor between SIRVA and the customers
- Achieve sales target in a healthy way – overseeing margin, manufacturing capacity
- Perform analysis of risk and opportunities – aligning client needs with SIRVA’s premise, transcribing into the contract
- Knowledge about contracts – working in close partnership with the legal team
- Working with Consultants to support the client in the scope of services to be delivered
- Look for new opportunities in the market
- Build and present proposals to customers
- Convert proposals into opportunities
- Build and keep a strong relationship with the clients
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the Sales area working in multinational companies
- Agility
- Resilient and patient – keeping the motivation
- IT skills – Excel, and office package
- Commercial approach - building strong relationships with clients
- Business Development – ability to find new opportunities in existing and new accounts
- Good communication and negotiation skills – to interact at all level in the organization and customers
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership
- Ownership and Accountability
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree
